ABOUT FIT PEA

The Fit Pea Program was developed to lead children through a series of exercises to:
  • elevate the heart rate to increase cardiovascular fitness
  • stretch the muscles to increase flexibility
  • encourage good sportsmanship and boost self esteem
  • motivate children to express themselves creatively through music, dance and aerobic movement, while developing a good sense of body awareness
